AS A WELLNESS BASELINE …
To build your own superfoods list, first start with a good liquid vitamins minerals nutriceuticals like IntraMax or Vibe, which are the two I use. Then over time, gradually and irregularly add the following to your diet. I take one of these along with my homemade fruit and vegie raw juice mixes, done in a powerful blender. Experiment with taste and vary which superfoods you add – DON’T TAKE THEM ALL AT ONCE! Start with one or two at a time and watch how your body responds.
THE GRAND SUPERFOODS LIST OF LISTS FOR VIBRANT WELLNESS
I have added eighteen foods (plus a Vitamix blender) into my diet that combine high levels of the magic that our bodies needs to run well. Usually, these foods are eaten either raw or properly processed in order to retain their essential ingredients and life-magic. Of course, be sure to get everything organic when you can.
I start my list with an item ‘zero’ – A Vitamix blender, which will become your fifth limb in as you move toward wellness. They’re not cheap, but for me, it’s been my best investment in my own wellness. Hec, it’s cheaper and less painful than the doctor’s office!
ABOUT MY SOURCES FOR PRODUCTS
Right now, I’m using Amazon and Eniva companies as my source for products. I find that they both have a good selection of necessary supplements, nutraceuticals, and superfoods. Plus, from my own experiences, I trust their company quality and delivery systems. Certainly I’m open to other product sources to use for my store. Superfoods both heal existing ailments as well as maintain ongoing wellness. But in principle, I want you to emphasize prevention over cure solutions. And use earth-grown substances instead of lab-based pharmaceuticals when you can. However, recognize that BOTH supplements and pharmaceuticals have their place in wellness and well being.
I’m a believer in the food types that I’ve listed here through my own research and experimentation – on myself. Most of the manufacturer products listed I have tried myself as well. Each of our bodies are very different, so I suggest that you try them and see which brands work for you. But by all means, use the ones that feel right!
I encourage you to review each superfood listed above at their product manufacture websites. Compare their scientific information and learn as you go. The sites with studies can often be a good indicator of quality, and is certainly one of the best ways to learn about superfoods and how to use them for yourself.

A COUPLE FINAL POINTERS
Remember to start with a couple items at a time, and in small portions at first. Follow the food’s directions. Start with a nutraceutical as a base, and add another item or two each week or each month; whatever your body needs to pace itself. I use all the items listed, but use each irregularly, with the idea that the body likes consistency on a few things for awhile and then like to change onto something else for awhile. At least this works for me. I believe it keeps the body on its toes, which is vitalizing. It helps to be sure that you don’t over-take anything.
Also, be sure that if needed, you see your doctor or foods consultant for professional advice. I have added actual products that match these items into the shopping cart down below, so that it will be easier to order and try some of these superfoods out.
One last thing – Make this diet change process fun. If you feel too frustrated, then simply choose the first three items and add others over a few months of time.
